INDIVIDUAL MENTORING – Supportive and Empowering. Gain awareness of who you are as a leader, as well as deepening and broadening your Leadership identity. Comprising practical, real-world strategies and tools, our industry-focused Mentoring allows you to apply your skills, confidence and empowerment to your current role immediately. Individual Mentoring Program is for Centre managers, Educational Leaders and emerging leaders that want Real, Effective and Result Proven support that accelerate growth and Enrich Leadership. SPROUTS takes you on a journey going beyond just understanding Standards, A&R and programming. You will be guided through Deep thinking, provided clarity, new perspectives and continuous improvement ridding your blocks and barriers. Unlike other services that simply give templates and generic advise SPROUTS take the time to learn about your goals, lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses and tailors a custom program to reach your goals while unlocking your full Potential. Effective leadership Mentoring Program is a critical element for job satisfaction and retention WHAT DOES MENTORING LOOK LIKE? -INTRODUCTORY SESSION; Together, we set inspirational and powerful goals that you will work towards during the mentorship; Lead by the individual, Guided and Supported by the Mentor THEN provide pathways on (dependent on Goals, Weaknesses, Strengths and Needs): • Understanding the role of an Educational Leader and Service Director • Rid Blocks and Barriers • Stop taking work home • Bring Love and Joy back into work • Release Negative patterns • Build Positive relationships with teams • Re-frame ways to tackle current issues • Recognise your values, drivers and motive • Becoming the role model you desire to be • Inspiring your team • Effective decision making • Embedding critical reflection within practices • Networking with other service leaders • Developing team professional goals • Establishing effective systems and processes *** If we Choose to live in the past, we remain stuck. Make a decision to not be a victim, unveil power within and willingness to release negative patterns. SPROUTS recommend a minimum of 1x 1hours session per week, to then slowly reduce hours, days and frequency. Think of us a Short Term investment for Long Term Results done via video conference, telephone, or face to face - depending on your location.

Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policies Professional Coach Training – Refund Policy (applies to Online & On-Site Training and Group Mentor Program): • Refund Policies for Professional Coach Training programs: • 30+ days before the start of the training – a full refund will be offered. • 15 days – a 50% refund will be offered (minus credit card processing fees). • 15 days or less – no refund will be offered. Cancellation Policy for Individual Online Classes and Mentor-Coaching Sessions: • Cancellation Policy (Online Classes): • Educators who have been enrolled in an online class may reschedule without penalty by sending written notification via email at least 14 days before the scheduled class date to the office info@sproutsconsultancy.com • Individuals who cancel a class less than 14 days before the class start date will be non refundable, but will be eligible for a transfer to another Program plus administration and processing fee. Must reschedule for another class within their program based on availability. • SPROUTS consultancy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled training/class or replace personnel due to low enrolment or circumstances beyond our control. If a program is rescheduled or cancelled, participants will be given notice by SPROUTS consultancy at least five business days before the start of the Program. Participant may then enrol in the next available offering of the course or choose another course. • Cancellation Policy (Individual Mentoring): • 24-hour notice is required when cancelling an Individual Mentor Coaching session, and your Mentor will reschedule that week’s session at both parties earliest convenience, this cannot always be guaranteed Those who do not give 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the session. • Clients maintain the right to cancel payment at any time in advance with 14 days notice. • Cancellation must be done in writing by email to the following email address: info@sproutsconsultancy.com or your Mentor’s email. • If a mentor cancels last minute the mentoring session will be credited and rescheduled at both parties earliest convenience
