Refund & Cancellation Policies

Professional Coach Training – Refund Policy (applies to Online & On-Site Training and Group Mentor Program):

• Refund Policies for Professional Coach Training programs:

  • 30+ days before the start of the training – a full refund will be offered.

  • 15 days – a 50% refund will be offered (minus credit card processing fees).

  • 15 days or less – no refund will be offered.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Online Classes and Mentor-Coaching Sessions:

• Cancellation Policy (Online Classes):

  • Educators who have been enrolled in an online class may reschedule without penalty by sending written notification via email at least 14 days before the scheduled class date to the office info@sproutsconsultancy.com

    • Individuals who cancel a class less than 14 days before the class start date will be non refundable, but will be eligible for a transfer to another Program plus administration and processing fee. Must reschedule for another class within their program based on availability.

  • SPROUTS consultancy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled training/class or replace personnel due to low enrolment or circumstances beyond our control. If a program is rescheduled or cancelled, participants will be given notice by SPROUTS consultancy at least five business days before the start of the Program. Participant may then enrol in the next available offering of the course or choose another course.

• Cancellation Policy (Individual Mentoring):

  • 24-hour notice is required when cancelling an Individual Mentor Coaching session, and your Mentor will reschedule that week’s session at both parties earliest convenience, this cannot always be guaranteed Those who do not give 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the session.

  • Clients maintain the right to cancel payment at any time in advance with 14 days notice.

  • Cancellation must be done in writing by email to the following email address: info@sproutsconsultancy.com or your Mentor’s email.

  • If a mentor cancels last minute the mentoring session will be credited and rescheduled at both parties earliest convenience
